Toddler Church: This is for all pre-school children and their parents, carers, grandparents or childminders. The service takes place on a Wednesday morning at 10.15am in church during term times only. The sessions consist of a short toddler friendly service with activities, singing and prayer followed by refreshments in the church hall. Parents attending the group take part in preparing and leading the sessions if they wish to.
Childrens' Liturgy Group: Childrens’ liturgies take part during Sunday morning 10am mass on the 1st and 5th Sunday of the month (excluding August) and on additional Sundays for special celebrations. All children aged 4 to 11 years old are invited to attend. The group is run by volunteer leaders who have been approved via the diocesan safeguarding processes. Children are expected to attend without parents accompanying them once they have settled in.

our meeting in July the members of St Winefride's UCM voted to disband
the group. This decision was made after a lot of thought and
discussion, but became inevitable when no-one felt able to be nominated
as president of the group. The members did, however, decide to re-form
in September under a different name. We will continue to meet in the
spirit of fellowship and friendship which has become strong over our
time together, working to support the needs of our own parish. We
welcome any new members to the group.
