St Winefride's Parish -
Forging New Links For The Future.
All current and future
Parish activities will be included within one of the 7 new groupings:
Liturgy, Faith-Sharing, Youth, Social, Finance, Buildings and
Communication, which will provide a focus and identity for each area
of our Parish life.
Every Parish Committee,
Society, Group and Organisation - and through them all of their
members - will also enjoy effective two-way communication with the
Parish Pastoral Council, via their contact(s).
The six new groupings -
Liturgy, Faith-Sharing, Youth, Social, Finance/Buildings and
Communication - will encompass all current and future Parish
activities - please help them to grow in strength and purpose.
St Winefride's is already
greatly blessed by having a wealth of existing dedicated
parishioners, who work tirelessly for the welfare of the Parish -
long may they continue to offer their invaluable help and experience
- a thousand thanks to every one of you.
And, new members are always
very welcome - so please come and join in...
We are all invited to use
our many and diverse gifts, skills and achievements to participate
fully in Parish life - everyone is most warmly welcomed to play their
part, no matter how small and be an equally valued member of our
Parish community.
Many Parishes within the
Diocese have already established these, or similar, groupings to
great effect (some produce an annual overview of their
accomplishments, which is then made available to all parishioners).
May we move forward together
- to help and support each other and strengthen the Spiritual and
temporal well-being of our Parish and all of our Parishioners.
